OC Designs-the team and the legacy：
At OC Designs, we are musicians first, audiophiles second and business takes the last place. In our pursuit pursuit for the deepest connection with music (outside of our career as musicians), a chance meeting with the founder of a now silent brand(the founder could no longer continue due to pain from a relapse of severe spinal injuries). As fellow musicians and audio enthusiasts, we were fortunate to be gifted the original blueprints for his best products, the MIilstein series of power cords and interconnects.
Plugging in just one power cord into the system that was used to evaluate it revealed a level of engagement with the music, not to mention the level of transparency that exceeded everything we had encountered; it shattered everything we understood of audiophile equipment. Inserting extra cables from the Milstein series gave us more of the same; the whole more than the sum of its parts. It convinced us we had to continue this series and legacy, thus the birth of OC Designs.
We were curious, can this be improved upon? Not that it needed any.
After some years of experimenting and extensive critical listening sessions over an extensive ultra highend setups, we have succeeded and are now proud to unveil The Milstein-a combination of uncompromising design and single-minded pursuit for sonic truth.
Available in 3 tiers, it starts with the Milstein from the original blueprint, Milstein-The formative years. 2nd tier Milstein-The master and the reference tier, Milstein-True mastery. Any of these.....,we hope and intend it to be the last cables one will ever need, no more aimlessly searching for the missing link.

Tier two-The Master: Paganiniana：could singularly be definitative of this stage of Milstein. It was composed by him in his fifties and for the first time, Paganini was made logical- with more structure than Paganini or Kreisler could ever write, and he performed that with nonchalance though with a depth few could reach. Milstein-The Master tonally and in character matches this period of his mastery, total conytrol with unfetterd realism-a cable like Milstein in this stage, without peer, except for Heifetz. Milstein-True Mastery: Heifetz once commented Milstein had the "perfect bowarm". He did only the necessary, yet the music is fully conveyed in truth and depth,especially his rendition of the Bach Sonatas and Partitas in 1975, for which he got a grammy award for. He also was awarded the Kennedy Honors by the then president of the US, Ronald Reagan, and the last video of his recital in Stockholm, where although frail, at the age of 82, if you close your eyes and just listen, you hear just perfect notes and intonation. Milstein-True Mastery series captures both- purity and intent, allowing recordings to sound as they were recorded as originally intended. Power cords, interconnects: balanced and single ended.
